Looking back to the 1st of June, our amazing team of organisers held our annual community event on the STMA playing fields, bringing together an array of different groups and local organisations for an afternoon of fun in the sun. The weather was fantastic and we couldn’t have been luckier as the clouds and showers were kept at bay for the entire day.
We had pony rides, archery, numerous inflatables (for both big and little kids), bars, various food options, and a mix of displays and entertainment in the arena to promote some of the activities available to join in with in the local area.
The day would not have been possible without our devoted team of volunteers who put in an enormous chunk of their own time into getting the building and the grounds of the STMA prepared and ready to host the event for the people of Shefford and surrounding areas.
Preparations for 2020 have already started and the Fete Team have got even more planned for next year! But to do this we need your support, we are always looking for help and volunteers are appreciated, if you want to get involved then please get in touch.
